- Imaging Findings
- Chest PA: Slowly growing mass in left heart border.
CT: On early phase CT, focal vascular enhancement was seen in the mass. On delayed phase CT, large area of enhancement was shown.
Coronary angiography: Feeding vessel and vascular puddling were demonstrated.
- Differential Diagnosis
- Hemangioma

- Clinical Features
Rare benign vascular tumor of heart
5~10% of benign cardiac tumors
All age group
Most asymptomatic
Symptoms : dyspnea on exertion, chest pain, arrhythmia, heart failure
Radiological Features
Any chamber, pericardium
Echocardiography : hyperechoic lesion
Unenhanced CT : heterogeneous density, calcification
Enhanced CT : heterogeneous strong enhancement, centripetal filling pattern (like hepatic hemangioma)
T1WI : intermediate signal intensity
T2WI : high signal intensity
Coronary angiography : demonstrate feeding vessel to the hemangioma
Treatment
Surgical excision
Excellent prognosis
